Our Finance Officer is Naomi Ryan.

Our finance office has moved as of January 2018 and is now located in the front office area.

The office is open 8.30 - 9.30 am daily, or contact Naomi at the school to make an alternative time

At our finance office you can pay for School Fees, Excursions, purchase uniforms or complete school card forms etc.  Naomi can accept cash, cheque or EFTPOS payments for any of the above. (Cheques made payable to Christies Beach Primary School)  Naomi can also accept credit card details over the phone if this is more convenient.  You can also make online payments, see the links in the payments menu above.

Centrepay – the easy way to pay your bills and expenses

Centrepay is a voluntary bill-paying service which is free for Centrelink customers. Use Centrepay to arrange regular deductions from your Centrelink payment. You can start or change a deduction at any time. The quickest way to do it is through your Centrelink account online.

PayWay

PayWay allows you, to authorise us, to directly debit your back account or credit card on a regular basis a set amount to cover any payments to the school, fees, uniform or excursions etc.  You can download and complete the application form from here.

SCHOOL CARD - Is your family eligible?    How do I apply? New application is required each year.

The School Card Scheme is available for families needing financial assistance. Eligibility is not dependent on any member of the family receiving Centrelink benefits.

The eligibility criteria for the 2018 School Card Scheme is based on the applicant’s combined family gross income for the 2016/2017 financial year, being within the School Card limits which are listed below.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Each year many families are advised that they are ineligible for School Card Assistance because they have not advised Centrelink that they or their partner were not required to lodge a Tax Return for the 2015/2016 financial year.
